Our Approach

At ThinkHR we are passionate about knowing your business, and knowing it well. We want to know all there is about your business plans as well as the people in your company. Afterall, having a happy team will result in year on year growth. Something we all want. 

We understand that not all businesses are ready to have a full HR department or function and so reflect that in our approach and fee structure.

Individual Approach

You will work with me as your primary consultant who will get to know you, your people, and your business. I will only do what is necessary, with no fluff. I believe in value over volume.

Hourly rate

Charges are based on an hourly rate and all costs are free from hidden amounts or administrative fees.

The hourly rate covers:

• advice via email or phone

• face to face meetings

• documents and letters created for you

There is:

• no minimum spend requirement

• no monthly fee

• no lock in period

Recruitment

We don’t charge a placement fee. Instead we charge hourly for the work completed.  This approach means you receive recruitment support at a cost much less than you’d expect.
